Students are responsible for their lessons, materials, and transportation to and from lessons.

Instructors will not be liable for students before or after the student's scheduled lesson time(s).

No Food, Drinks, gum or candy allowed in the classrooms.

Students are expected to bring all materials for each lesson including books, worksheets, pen/pencil, etc. and maintain a regular practice schedule.

Parents / Gaurdians / others accompanying are requested to stay out of the classrooms during the lessons unless invited in by the instructor.

Academy reserves right to change instructors and syllabus.

Class Cancellations

In the event lessons are cancelled by the Academy due to weather conditions or unforeseen closings /delays ,we will notify the students on phone and/or email. Please make it a point to enter reachable phone numbers in your registration form.
In the event of contact details changed, please notify the us by writing to sureshwadkarmusic@gmail.com Academy cannot be responsible if we were not updated of any changes and could not reach you.

For cancelled class, we will conduct make-up class.

Payment of tution fees

Fees should be paid by first class of the month. Your payment will be considered late if not received by the 15th of each month and a late fee of $20 will be charged.

Credit cards refused or checks returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason will be subject to a $30 charge.

Fees will have to be paid in each month through the year from September to July. Fees will not be refunded.
