Registration is required before the first class of the course.
Registration can be done in following ways
1. Download and print registration form from our website and mail completed form
to following address along with Check / Money order for Non-refundable
Registration fee of USD 35 and Tuition fee for February'10 (USD 140 for adult's batch and USD 125 for children's batch).

2. Apply on phone. Call 551 404 0540 during office hours and we will give your registration number on phone.
You can mail the Check / Money order for Non-refundable Registration fee of USD
35 and Tution fee for February'10 .
Please make sure you write your registration number and student name on check or
in a separate note along with check.
3. Fill in application form online.

On receiving your application online we
will contact you by email for confirmation within 3 business days. We will
provide your registration number in email.
Once you receive our mail, you can
mail the check / money order for non-refundable Registration fee of USD 35 and
Tuition fee for February'10 .
Please make sure you write your registration number and student name on check or
in a separate note along with check.
For students who had filled online application form prior to 31st December'09
will receive email by 1st January'10
4. Print form from our website and submit the completed form along with
non-refundable Registration fee of USD 35 and Tuition fee for February'10 , half an hour before the first class at class location. However, we may not be able to accommodate you if the
spots have been filled up.
Registration is considered complete when the enrollment form is completed and
received at our end along with Non-refundable Registration fee of USD 35 and
Tuition fee for one month (USD 140 for adult's batch and USD 125 for children's
batch) (Please refer Tuition Fee page for
enrollment and tuition fee amounts)
Please make sure that the registration fee is received at our end at least 48
hours before the class start date.(Please refer schedule page for class start
date of batch/location you are interested in joining)
Check / Money order have to be in favor of "Suresh Wadkars Ajivasan Academy" and
has to be mailed to 460 Simons Avenue, Hackensack, NJ 07601. On receiving your
form and check, we will email you your confirmation number within 24 hours to confirm your admission.
